The hotel is a 5 min walk to the water front. It is a 20 min walk to the ferry terminal in Sliema. There are plenty of little cafes, supermarkets, restaurants and shops in that direction. Mainly Italian food food but does have a few fish restaurants , burger bars and Asian style food too. The executive suite has a balcony with a small table and 2 chairs but was too hot for us to sit out. The air conditioning was great, the kitchenette had everything we needed and the bathroom was good too. TV channels, Netflix and YouTube were good. Rooftop was spectacular viewing during the day and evening. Both the restaurant and bar served lovely food. Didn't use the spa. Hotel kept our bags on check out day and provided a changing room in the spa for us to change in before leaving for the airport which was great. The staff were lovely, friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. I definitely would return.

We really loved the mini kitchen in the room and the coffee machine was a pleasant surprise. The infinity pool and bar on the 11th floor was pretty much perfect, well perhaps a little bit cold, but for grown ups it was very nice to chill. Also happy hour was one more pleasant surprise! Also the food in the restaurant is really good, big portions and I wouldn't say that it was expensive.

I had a wonderful stay at this spa hotel in Malta. The facilities were excellent, with clean towels provided daily and an extra towel always available for the spa or rooftop pool. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring. The standout feature was the café by reception, where the service was consistently warm and the coffee outstanding every time. The hotel offered a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with staff who genuinely cared. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to unwind in style and enjoy top-notch service throughout their stay.

Good location near restaurants and the front, as well as buses to Valletta. Very clean and well staffed, with cleaners coming in every day. We were given an upgrade to the Presidential Suite which was excellent. Good view of the harbour and Valletta from our room and from the rooftop infinity pool.

Great location, easily accessible transport, awesome pool deck and good hotel gym. For those who need to know, the hairdryer was very powerful which is amazing for hotel hairdryers.

The entire place was well-equipped. The room had its own kitchen, towels were changed daily and there was a shared laundry area available for free (you just need to bring your own detergent). They also had a recycling room per floor. A great outdoor pool on the top floor and an indoor pool on the ground level (-2). There is an on-site restaurant that you can book. The area is very quiet, with nearby restaurants, a pastry shop and convenience stores within walking distance. The entire place was clean and modern. Perfect place for families! I highly recommend this place.

The hotel… very calm atmosphere, staff lovely and professional.thanks George. Rooms .. bed large and comfy , equipment adequate. Very clean. Laundry room foc, charge great addition. go pal very efficient in clean in the room. Location… great for bus and ferry services. 30 mins walk to Valletta, 20 mid walk to St Julian’s and Sliema Pools.. rooftop lovely views and very clean. Spa and pool amazing. Restaurants… 11 11 on the rooftop breakfast is lovely and dinner was also lovely. Fer blanc on the ground floor had great food.open 7am to 10.30pm. The Avocado toast was so delicious… portions huge. Roof top bar is lovely with amazing views over Valletta and happy hour cocktails. Not great but acceptable Location… great for exploring. Ferry, bus or walking to all the major sites. Building work.. there is major construction next door that starts at 7 am. It isn’t that bad and not the hotels fault. In fact my partner took photos every day if the building work and crane… must be a blue thing. Loved it so much co,img back next April…

We had a fantastic stay at Grands Suites Hotel Residences and Spa in Gżira. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff impressed us with their friendly and efficient service. Communication was always quick and helpful, both before and during our stay. Our apartment was spacious and tastefully designed. It felt more like a high-end residence than a hotel room. The kitchen was well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals when we felt like staying in. The entire hotel features modern facilities that are clearly well maintained. Overall, we were very happy with our choice and would definitely return. A great option for anyone looking for comfort, style and convenience in the heart of Malta.

From the very beginning, the hotel impressed us with its warm and accommodating service, even before our arrival. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to reschedule multiple times, and the staff showed nothing but understanding and flexibility. Their kindness set the tone for a truly enjoyable stay. The hotel itself is fantastic—our room was spacious and well-equipped with everything needed for a long stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, a large shower, and a huge balcony. The two pools were spotless, with plenty of seating available for relaxation. The spa, though available at an additional charge, was a pleasant and worthwhile experience. Breakfast exceeded expectations, offering a rich variety considering the price. The location is also excellent, with a bus stop just a short walk away, a 24-hour grocery store nearby, and plenty of great restaurants along the promenade. Overall, this hotel provided a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend it!

Had a few issues that were dealt with in a very prompt and professional way. The room was clean and modern with a small kitchen area and all the basics needed. Towels changed regularly and very pleasant staff throughout. Good location, too, bus stops and restaurants, a bit of a walk to Valletta ferry but all on the level . Good value for the price paid and a varied selection for breakfast. The bed was comfortable, and pillows were to my liking, so big positive. Overall, it was a great stay and again a big thanks to all the staff who were excellent .
